Small Orders are No Problem for Custom Paper Tube!
Some of our competitors don’t want to talk to you unless you’re ordering six fully loaded, 53-ft truckloads of paper tube products. It’s not about being rude (not usually, anyway!) but a matter of economics. Economies of Scale, they call it.

We are committed to meeting the needs of the customer at that less-than-truckload (or LTL) level. The vast majority of our orders are LTL, and that’s the way we like it. We find it’s a more personal way of doing business. We get to know our customers and their businesses. And frankly, in these times it’s better to have a bunch of smaller clients than a couple of huge ones…and then stay up nights wondering if they are going to go belly-up!
Depending on the size of your order (we do have a $350 minimum) and your location, your order will ship by our own trucks, or by way of some common carrier. Either way, you’ll get it fast, and you’ll never feel like a “little guy.” Small orders are a big deal to Custom Paper Tube…we promise!
